Harbour Haven is a spacious modern fully-equipped 4-bedroom
3-storey town house close to Poole Quay** and is a perfect location for family
breaks in Poole, Bournemouth and the Dorset countryside and for
those with an interest in water sports.
The property has been totally renovated & refurbished for 2007
to provide comfortable accommodation and excellent facilities and
is available for letting all year round. It is a family home, furnished
and equipped to a very high standard with a host of extras (see further
down the page)
Harbour Haven has its own enclosed sunny, private and safe patio
garden which backs onto a small quiet green. There is parking at
the front of the property for 2 large cars (or 3 smaller ones).
The Accommodation comprises:
Ground Floor – kitchen/dining area with table/chairs, fridge/freezer,
double oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, TV and DVD.
Cloakroom and large garage with dryer.
First Floor - lounge with widescreen colour TV, DVD & Freeview.
- Main bedroom with full size twins. Family bathroom with bath and
shower.
Second Floor – Main bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite
shower. Bedroom 3 with full size bunk beds. Bedroom 4 with a full-size
single bed and a 2’ 6’’ bed stored underneath which
can be used to accommodate an 8th person if required.
Harbour Haven is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable & memorable
break. It comes fully equipped with:
- All Bed Linen and Towels
- Bar B Q
- Bicycles (8 of our own family bicycles are left for
your use)
- Fishing rods (for crab fishing off the quay)
- Beach chairs,
beach towels, windbreaks, buckets and spades,
- A library of
local books, guides, maps and cycling/walking routes
- Games and
jigsaws
- Cot, high chair and safety gates
- All at no extra charge!

We are registered with Visit Britain who regulate standards and assess
quality for UK holiday accommodation. We have been awarded 3 star grading,
but were told we were within a whisker of 4 star status - so watch this
space.
Our apologies but Harbour Haven is strictly non-smoking and
not suitable for pets.
